Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in Duchess Deluxe, Please thoroughly read the policies below prior to purchasing. By shopping with this company, you are consenting to all store policies.

 

Return Policy 

All sales are all FINAL. Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, Duchess Deluxe  strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If the mistake on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If there is a mistake on our behalf we will happily accept the hair back in its original state, lace intact, unworn and in it's original packaging within 3 days. We have the right to decline items if they have been tampered with or sent back past 3 day period. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact hello@duchessdeluxe.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!

 

Processing Times

Please note, these times do not include shipping. 

  • Ready to Wear Wigs: 3-5 Business Days
  • Custom Wigs: up to 17-30 business Days
  • Raw Hair Extension 3-5 Business Days

 

Shipping Policy 

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USPS and UPS WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. 

  • Standard Shipping is 2-5 Business Days, Express Shipping is 1-2 Business Days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.
  • We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email hello@duchessdeluxe.com to have it updated immediately.
  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there’s any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS at: +1 (800)-275-8777 for assistance. 
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
  • In case USPS misplaces your package or anything of that sort. Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of our control. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with said shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. Duchess Deluxe will  not held liable.
