WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
RAW means that the hair is 100% unprocessed. Meaning no chemical or steam process takes place to achieve a certain curl pattern. No synthetic fibers have been added to the bundles, 100% human hair. Each bundle is cut from a single donor with the cuticles aligned so no two bundles will ever look exactly alike. They will vary in color, texture, weight and curl/wave pattern. We will match your bundles accordingly to give you a flawless blend.

CAN MY BUNDLES/ WIGS BE COLORED?
Yes! Our raw bundles color/bleach very well. We highly recommend seeking a professional stylist for your color services.
Please keep in mind color and bleach can alter the curl/ wave pattern of the hair.
DO THESE RAW BUNDLES AND WIGS REQUIRE MAINTENANCE?
Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Shampooing & Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend deep conditioning your hair once a week or bi-weekly, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products.

DOES THE BUNDLES/WIGS HAIR SHED?
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. Also if you cut your tracks you may experience shedding due to the fact the weft is now broken and strands are easier to slide out. If this happen seal the wefts to prevent hair from shedding.
To help with shedding each raw bundle is double wefted. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that your stylist upon the installation, stitch and knot AROUND the welt and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sew in install is being done). This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.
It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling your bundles or wigs.
HOW LONG WILL MY BUNDLES / WIG UNIT LAST?
Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair. With proper maintenance:

Our Raw Vietnamese bundles and wig units will last 5+ years with proper care and maintenance.
Our Raw Filipino bundles and wig units will last 5+ years with proper care and maintenance.
Our Raw Burmese bundles and wig units will last 3+ years with proper care and maintenance.
Our Raw Indonesian bundles and wig units will last 2+ with proper care and maintenance.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CUSTOM WIG AND A READY TO WEAR WIG?
Custom wig units are sewing machine constructed to fit your exact head measurements.
Ready to Wear wig units are made in standard Small, Medium, Large sizes.
ARE YOUR WIG UNITS GLUELESS?
Yes, all of our wigs are constructed glueless.
An adhesive / adhesive spray may be applied for extra security if you like (not required).
DO I NEED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL STYLIST INSTALL MY WIG UNIT?
No, our unit are beginner friendly, easy to install yourself at home.
They come completely styled, knots bleach and hairline customized.
You can also have us cut the lace off for you (closure wigs only) so it will be completely ready to wear out of the box.
THIS IS MY FIRST WIG, SHOULD I GET A FRONTAL OR CLOSURE?
We highly recommend closure units for a beginner unit.
Closure units are less maintenance and easier to apply and maintain than frontal units.
