Hair Care

Please be sure to read the hair care do's and don'ts below!

DO'S

  • Do handle your raw hair extensions and wigs with care. Treat them gently to avoid tangling or damaging the hair fibers.
  • Do use a wide-toothed comb or a brush specifically designed for raw extensions and wigs to detangle your hair. Start from the ends and work your way up to minimize breakage.
  • Do wash your raw hair with sulfate-free and gentle shampoos to maintain its natural texture and luster.
  • Do deep condition raw hair regularly to keep it moisturized and nourished. This helps to keep them clean, soft, and manageable.
  • Do moisturize your hair extensions and wigs regularly to maintain their natural shine and prevent dryness. Use a leave-in conditioner or hair serum to keep the hair hydrated.
  • Do air dry or use a low-heat setting when drying raw hair to minimize heat damage.
  • Do use heat protectant spray before using heat styling tools to minimize damage.
  • Do protect your raw hair extensions and wigs while sleeping. Tie them up in a loose braid or wrap them in a silk or satin scarf to minimize friction and prevent tangling.
  • Do consult a professional hairstylist for any major styling or coloring changes to your raw hair extensions and wigs. They have the expertise to ensure the best results without damaging the hair.

DON’T

  • Don't use excessive heat on your raw hair extensions and wigs. High temperatures can cause damage and weaken the hair fibers. If you must use heat styling tools, always use a heat protectant spray and keep the temperature moderate.
  • Don't sleep with wet hair extensions or wigs. Allow them to dry completely before going to bed to prevent mold or mildew growth.
  • Don't use harsh or alcohol-based hair products on your raw hair extensions and wigs. These can strip the hair of its natural oils and cause dryness or damage.
  • Don’t use shampoo or conditioner with sulfate or harsh chemicals
  • Don't expose your raw hair extensions and wigs to chlorine or saltwater for extended periods. If you plan to swim, protect your hair by wearing a swim cap or keeping it tied up.
  • Don't tug or pull on your raw hair extensions and wigs excessively. This can lead to breakage or damage to both your natural hair and the extensions.
  • Don't use excessive amounts of styling products on raw hair, as it can weigh it down and make it appear greasy or dull.
  • Don't overwash raw hair, as it can strip away natural oils and lead to dryness.
